Michael Harner is the founder of The Foundation for Shamanic Studies which is the leading shamanic teaching and research organization in the Northern Hemisphere. The Foundation offers numerous advanced courses in shamanic studies. Dory Cote completed a Three-Year Program in Advanced Shamanism and Shamanic Healing with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, as well as a Two-Week Intensive in Shamanism sponsored by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
